Listed by Organic Materials Review Institute (OMRI), our gypsum is approved for organic use. A natural mineral originating in the Stillwater, MT, area gypsum is high in calcium. Potatoes, alfalfa crops, and fruit trees benefit greatly from annual gypsum applications.

Benefits: Gypsum naturally breaks down clay-based soils. It causes clay soil to loosen creating better drainage. It also restructures hardpacked soil creating a more workable earth. As mentioned above, gypsum is also high in calcium. In the ag industry gypsum benefits potatoes, alfalfa and fruit crops.
